Processing Time:
1.1 All orders are processed within the same business day after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2.1 We use various shipping options and carriers to deliver the fastest and most reliable delivery service. Purple Cat Store Products reserves the right to choose the proper shipping option and carrier internally based on each specific order.

Shipping Destinations:
3.1 We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States of America. Please note that customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply, based on the specific shipping address, and these charges will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Costs:
4.1 Shipping costs will be calculated based on the order weight, total value, and delivery destination. Free shipping is offered for orders $45 and above, under 25 pounds. A symbolic fee per pound is added on orders with a weight above 25 pounds. Orders under $45 have a base shipping price of $6.49. The shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

 

Order Tracking:
5.1 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on our website or the courier’s website.

Delivery Time:
6.1 The estimated delivery time for your order will depend on your location. Orders placed in California before 5:00 PM PST have an expected delivery time of 1-2 days and orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will be packed and shipped the following day, with an expected delivery time of 2-3 days. Orders placed nationwide have an expected delivery time of 3-4 days. The delivery day is
approximate, and it is not binding on Purple Cat Store Products. Expectation for specific categories, like food and medicine with 1-4 days shipping time. Note our goal is to offer unparalleled speed and reliability, with a successful
tracking record of 99.2% of orders being delivered the next day. Exceptions for the products in certain categories (like food and medicine); or coming from the manufacturer or other third party who supplies the product(s); or oversized
items and out-of-stock/back-order items. Please Note: Delivery times are only estimates, and actual delivery dates may
vary due to unforeseen circumstances or delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Delayed or Lost Shipments:
7.1 In rare cases where your shipment is significantly delayed or lost during transit, please contact our customer support team: info@purplecatstore.com We will do our best to resolve the issue and keep you informed about the status of your order.

Shipping Restrictions:
8.1 Some products may have specific shipping restrictions due to legal or logistical reasons. If a product cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified during the checkout process.
